MetaCAM Enterprise is an integrated production environment (IPE) that manages all aspects of production from a single interface, including CAD/CAM programming, order management, scheduling, and shop floor control. It allows automatic programming of parts without manual clicking, powerful search of CAD files, integration with ERP systems to import orders, and tracking of part revisions. The software provides role-based interfaces for operators, programmers, and designers and integrates with SolidWorks. It records production data that can be analyzed to improve productivity.

drawings, order generation & scheduling to completion of production enterprise is a

Enterprise connects to a variety of MRP or ERP packages using custom bridges that are used to easily import
order data into your production software. Simply setup your customized bridge and use Enterprise can pull
in orders into production.

production and revision control.
• Manually create assembly from part library

4. CONTROL - REVISION TRACKING
Enterprise maintains multiple revisions of parts and allows users to easily access old revision. Old revisions
can be manufactured when needed as all tooling and relevant part information are stored.

PLAN - SCHEDULER
Programmers can directly schedule nests on the shop floor right from the office. Simply prepare the nest

6. TRACK -
CHANGE PROPAGATION
Enterprise ensures a revised part is automatically flagged on the system including nests that are scheduled
to run. Operators have the freedom to continue or re-nest the part.

• Changing a drawing or tooling invalidates dependent
entities like layouts and prevents them from being
produced.
