NICP Summit” with the theme Growth of
Communication on Information Technology through Global Competitiveness among 800 participants in
Bicol Region. The eventwill be heldonSeptember 24-27, 2019 with two optional venue for your choice
either Villa Caceres Hotel or Hacienda de Naga, Naga City.
Please informed our company for any question or suggestions that you can add for the preparation of
incoming event to make remarkable and special for the guest.

Company Profile
The Trinity Event Organizer is located in 8 J.P. Rizal St., Concepcion Naga City. It was established on
January 15, 2016. It is owned and managed by Norcila T. Gamos.
The company provide services to the client which include event planning and management services,
programmingproductionandentertainment. We prepare the event with excellence to make it unique
and special for the client. We serve the following events which include the birthday party, wedding,
batch reunion, cultural celebration, and educational event.

National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP) Summit
Theme: Growth of Communication on Information Technology through Global Competitiveness
Venue: Villa Caceres Hotel or Hacienda de Naga, Naga City.
Date: September 24-27, 2019

Event Objectives:
 To create job for ICT sector
 To give global service to ICT council
 To work with convenience to accelerate enabling condition where high sense of business
confidence must be in place
NICP isthe recognized national organization of ICTCouncils inthe Philippines. The organization
serves as the venue for collaboration and sharing of best practices for the member
organizations. Through the years, the organization has served as the unified voice for the Philippine
Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Sector. They work tirelessly to promote ICT all
throughoutthe country and supporteachof the council’s endeavorsinorderto help strengthen the ICT
in their areas and create more jobs for the Filipinos.

Made this term of agreement and conditions
1.1 Service
The eventplannerprovide service forthe event include the event planning and management services,
programming production and entertainment for the incoming activity “ 5th
NICP Summit.
1.2 Profit Sharing
The client can receive 30% of the total amount of payment accumulated after the event. The event
plannergained70%of the total income forthe benefitof herpersonnel whoparticipate the said event.
1.3 Payment
As forthe considerationof the event planner for the event, the client is render to pay 50% of the total
amountP 5,600,000.00.This will be the amountforeitherof the two venue either Villa Caceres Hotel or
Hacienda de Naga, Naga City.
There are two terms of payment of the client to follow:
First payment 50 % initial payment on the signed of contract
2nd
Payment 50% after the event
1.4 Cancellation
The clientwishtocancel or stop the process of the on going planning and organizing of the event shall
renderto pay30% of the total amount fund for the cancellation incurred for the event to avoid breach
of contract
1.5 Acceptance
The event planner accept the activity “5th
NICP Summit” to manage and organize. She is authorized to
conduct the eventwiththe servicesrendered.She will acceptthe firstandlastpaymentincurred for the
event.

  • 10. Memorandum of Agreement This day of 22nd of June, 2019 Between Mr. Efren Daniel A. De Leon, Client, and Norcila T. Gamos, Event Planner Made this term of agreement and conditions 1.1 Service The eventplannerprovide service forthe event include the event planning and management services, programming production and entertainment for the incoming activity “ 5th NICP Summit. 1.2 Profit Sharing The client can receive 30% of the total amount of payment accumulated after the event. The event plannergained70%of the total income forthe benefitof herpersonnel whoparticipate the said event. 1.3 Payment As forthe considerationof the event planner for the event, the client is render to pay 50% of the total amountP 5,600,000.00.This will be the amountforeitherof the two venue either Villa Caceres Hotel or Hacienda de Naga, Naga City. There are two terms of payment of the client to follow: First payment 50 % initial payment on the signed of contract 2nd Payment 50% after the event 1.4 Cancellation The clientwishtocancel or stop the process of the on going planning and organizing of the event shall renderto pay30% of the total amount fund for the cancellation incurred for the event to avoid breach of contract 1.5 Acceptance The event planner accept the activity “5th NICP Summit” to manage and organize.
