The National Humanitarian High School "St. St. Cyril and Metodius" in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria is a modern school with a history dating back to 1880 with the founding of the first secondary school in southwest Bulgaria in Thessalonica. It was established in 1920 in Gorna Dzhumaya, now Blagoevgrad. Today it teaches around 700 students aged 14-19 across two departments - humanitarian studies and arts.
