Job Description
Conduct the Marketing research in the systematic gathering, recording, and analysis of data about issues relating to marketing products and services.
To identify and assess how changing elements of the marketing mix impacts customer behavior and specifically about marketing processes.
Consumer marketing research and Business-to-business (B2B) marketing research
Market analysis of key players.
Generate leads for products and services.
Create marketing plans directed to end users for each key product within our offerings in line with strategy and targets.
Develop new ideas for reaching end user markets using the latest in electronic technologies.
Develop strategies and deliver excellent sales and after-sales services to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention. If required, write copy
for each offering, reflecting key messages, features and benefits.
Events planning, organization and execution.
Liaison with media and publishers as required.

Ensuring that all marketing materials do not deviate from the established brand image of the business.
Maintain up-to-date professional sector news.
Focus on both business growth and client retention. Where appropriate,
Attend key events to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups.
Perform market research to assess viability of potential new products and to measure success of recent campaigns.
Attend to customers’ queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Rigorously follow up and prioritize all qualified leads provided by marketing or sales support.
Own Lead generation via Cold Calls, Tele Conference and Emails.
Consistently achieve sales targets.
Increase business in the accounts/territory provided/ by mapping/covering them effectively.
Build a strong relationship with the customers.
Take overall accountability and responsibility for all issues related to the transaction/account.
Work with the online team to increase the online sales on our websites.
Recruit, Manage and engage Affiliates to increase Affiliate Sales.
