1 Expert visit to College for Explanation of SSR,
Records, formats and NAAC Criterions & Process.
Improvement and Suggestions for Quality A++
Grade.
There will be interactive session of 9 AM to 1 pm
and 2 pm to 5 pm each day for 2 days with
teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of College for
explanation of work which is to be done by staff
for record maintenance/presentation before
NAAC PEER TEAM VISIT.
SUGGESTIONS FOR SELF STUDY REPORT
/SELF APPRAISAL REPORT which is considered
as back bone of institute. Grading of the institute
depends upon this.
The SSR comprises both qualitative and quantitative
metrics. The quantitative metrics add up to about 65%
and the remaining about 35% are qualitative metrics.
Our Charges for 2-day visit are Rs 90,000/-
20,000 Advance Required.
Our Expert will visit you on the pre decided
mutual date in College and College have to
provide the D.D/NEFT/RTGS Transfer the
Rest of the amount i.e 70,000 in Bank
Account on 1st
day of Visit.
Good A.C Hotel Room & Hygienic food of
the expert will be booked by College.
Air tickets will be booked by College or will
be booked by us, College have to pay
charges in advance Delhi – Nearest Airport
and return to Delhi
A.C Taxi from Airport to Hotel /College
and return is to be booked by College.

Unlike affiliation, NAAC is more complex, intensive and micro level assessment of the
institution/College. As per our research & experience, it requires minimum 3 months’ time for a
College to prepare SSR, to bring about changes, develop new practices and procedures and finally
implement them in the College involving all the stakeholders into the process. It is suggested to the
Colleges before they apply new practices in the College, they must consider going for MOCK
ASSESSMENT called QUALITY ASSESSMENT VISIT by QUALITY EXPERTS and get to know about
their Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Challenges (SWOC) and then start working on and
preparing the whole College as per the suggestions given by Expert/s. A college should go for
Professional Experts advice in Assessment before actually applying to NAAC to avoid any
