A Balanced Ambient Calorimetric Lab.Sierra Aircon Private Limited, established in
2009, located off the Delhi-Jaipur Highway NH-8 in the Pathreri Region of Gurgaon.
Sierra Aircon Private Limited is an Air-Conditioner Testing Centre. It provides facilities
for Testing of Air-Conditioners (Window, Split, Duct, Cassette and Flow Standing) by
Balanced Ambient Calorimeter as well as Enthalpy Method. Sierra Aircon Private
Limited is NABL Accredited and its Objective is to Customer satisfaction by enhancing
development testing and providing technical support on developing their product.
Job Description Key Responsibilities:
• Installation machines and participated in testing processes of Performed many
engineering assignments (Maintain the proper identification & traceability of test
units) related to testing and analysis of developed equipment.
• Effective implementation of ISO/IEC 17025:2005.Preparation of test unit,
ensuring proper installation of Air-Conditioners, testing of Air-Conditioners as
per IS 1391:1992; ISO 5151 & Other Standards at Balanced Ambient
Calorimetric Lab.
• Maintained proper functionalities and maintenance of supporting and
mechanical equipment such as [Heat exchanger, chillers, cooling tower].
• Provided solutions to customer modifications to existing products in order to
proper cycle balance or maximum utilization of exiting design.
• Developed testing procedures to verify functionality of mechanical products to
meet client requirements.
• Supervised, mentored, coached and trained technicians in completing
assignments successfully.
• Coordinated maintenance issues with other departments to ensure preventive
maintenance processes.
• Non Conformity Report to Senior ,preparation of work Instruction and Manuals
