In this paper, I will be writing about my reflection and reaction to an Upon Awakening Alcoholic
Anonymous meeting which was held at the Unity of Sedona Church, 65 Deer Trail in Sedona,
Arizona on Thursday, October 29, 2015. This meeting was held at 7:30 AM in the morning. The
meeting consisted of an eleven step grouping of middle aged men and women ranging from ages
30 to 65 years old. There were seven men and thirteen women whose purpose was to practice
prayer through the eleventh step of the Big Book. The meeting started out with an introduction of
everyone who was present. They stated their names and said they were alcoholics and how long
they had been sober. They continued to go over old business, and then proceeded to read from the
Alcoholics AnonymousBig Book, the Third Step Prayer. The prayer was about releasing one s self
of their bondage. A gong wash was performed, followed by fifteen minutes of meditation.
Participants came forward to share their reflection of the Third Step Prayer. Jean was the first

shaves for 4 minutes, 6 days a week. Shaving is undoubtedly an inefficient form of hair removal

that doesn t happen, the hair follicles can become irritated and develop razor burn. If neither of
these happen, you could accidentally nick yourself with the razor, which could lead to an
unsightly gash or scar. All of these are reasons why shaving is not an ideal form of hair removal,
and epilating improves on every single one of these problems. Epilating rips hair out by the root,

on Wednesday at Ithaca College in New York and Smith College in Massachusetts. Following the

generate enough revenue, so the leagues can t afford to pay the women as much as the men in
their contracts. Women sports are important to the world and the fans and supporters that watch
and cheer alongside the players. However due to the lack of viewers, women sports are not

learn how to control his impulses. An effective treatment modality would be Cognitive Behavioral

the psychoeducation portion, he would be able to understand his disorder and the management
that is required for this type of mental illness, which will be lifelong. Somatic management will
help him learn techniques to control any sort of physical symptoms that may come up with
conduct disorder and cognitive reconstruction would be able to help Alex modify the thoughts he
has about violence and his relationships with others into more positive ones. Problem solving
would have Alex learn coping strategies for when he feels violent impulses so he would not act
on them and exposure would have him exposed to stimuli that would trigger his violent impulses
so he eventually conquer them. Lastly, relapse prevention would lay ground work for him to
prevent him from relapsing into old violent behavior and outbursts and for him to maintain positive
