Architecture for Integrating Real Objects with VirtualAcademic Communitiesgalex68
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a new concept that allows objects to be connected to Internet. This connectivity
allows the emergence of new forms of interaction between objects and people. In educational environments the IoT could be applied to improve teaching and learning experiences. This paper proposes a new architecture for integrating objects available in educational environments with virtual academic communities (VAC). This new architecture is based on the paradigm of layered architectures and architectural styles such as REST. The proposed architecture consists of four layers: hardware/communications, messaging, services, and application. Test of the proposed architecture were made through the implementation of a case study, which was focused on practical classes of a typical digital electronics course.
As a part of the projects and development training, Cegonsoft offer Projects keeping in view the latest emerging trends and training in Software Design and Development which enables the Students to meet the industrial requirements with a wider knowledge and a greater confidence.

Across the country, campuses are struggling with an increase in copyright and plagiarism violations brought on by an ever increasing amount of electronic information that makes both committing and detecting copyright and plagiarism infractions easier. At Wake Forest University, we are working not only to deal with the offenders when we find them, but also to educate our community in order to reduce the number of infractions that occur and to increase an awareness of, and respect for, intellectual property. We take every opportunity to communicate with the campus community and hope our experiences can help other institutions begin to address similar issues on their campuses.

APPLICATION OF DIGITAL CLOUD LIBRARIES FOR ETHIOPIAN PUBLIC HIGHER LEARNING I...IAEME Publication
Information and communication technologies (ICT) have become common place entities in all aspects of life. Across the past twenty years the use of ICT has fundamentally changed the practices and procedures of nearly all forms of endeavor within business and governance. Investment in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Ethiopia is considered to be one of the highest in the world, taking into consideration the prevailing poverty levels. The basic principle of cloud computing entails the reduction of in-house data centers and the delegation of a portion or all of the Information Technology infrastructure capability to a third party. Universities and Colleges are the core of innovation through their advanced research and development. Digital Cloud Libraries may soon be building and managing their own data centers.

Researcher Reliance on Digital Libraries: A Descriptive AnalysisIJAEMSJORNAL
The digital library is an information technology that is structured as a digital knowledge resource, or can be alluded to a medium that stores information for a huge scope and is teamed up with the information the board gadget equipped for showing the information or information required by the client. Digital libraries can be extensively characterized as an information stockpiling and recovery frameworks that control digital information in the media (text, pictures, sound, static or dynamic) on the web. The main aim of this study is to study the awareness and using pattern of digital library by the researchers, to analyse the influence of digital library on researchers’ efficiency, analyse the purpose of using Digital Library Consortium, decide the effect of problems and motivational components of the digital library on the users, evaluate the satisfaction level of users with coverage of journals and perspectives on training and awareness programs and propose the available resources for effective utilization of the Digital Library.

Embracing GenAI - A Strategic ImperativePeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

Abstract
This paper describes an ongoing project at the Libyan Academy. The project aims to build
digital library for thesis and dissertations (ETD). The researchers developed a system based
on Greenstone open source systems for building ETD digital library. A metadata for theses
and dissertations was developed. The paper addresses issues related to project design,
development and user satisfaction. Conclusions highlighted some important lessons learned
to date.
