Description: In this project we built a remote laboratory system (E-laboratory) which
gives the students the opportunity to access a real time experiments. Remote
laboratory (E-laboratory) adds a new domain to the e-learning process, it gives the
students a closer look to the electrical experiments and may help the instructors in
explaining the concepts of the electrical experiments using a real time experiments
that controlled remotely to see the results without need to visit the electrical
laboratory.
In our project we implemented the remote laboratory system (E-laboratory) in simple
way. We implemented four electrical experiments which are Measuring Resistor value,
Measuring Voltage value, Measuring Frequency value and Measuring Beta factor for
NPN transistor. These experiments are connected to PIC Microcontroller at the server
side where the requests from the students executed after submitting the requests The
client side requires only a PC with web browser connected to the Internet.
