method in order to build various support groups, interventions, and an overall warm

love to crawl around on the carpet, often put things in their mouth that could be
laying anywhere around the daycare and even sometimes during snack times they
would intentionally drop their spoon, fork or whatever utensil they are using on
the floor and watch it drop. But, the biggest part in the sensorimotor stage is object
permanence; I often play the game pee a boo often with the kids sometimes to
keep them quiet but what I notice is the a baby who s six months could be crying
but then suddenly stops and just stare at me. Meanwhile, I play with a 2 year and
they just move my hands, giggle and realize that I m still there but just hiding
behind my hands. As far as the preoperational stage, I really had to observe the kids
in the daycare. The babies that are walking often tries to communicate with me;
like they be talking, pointing to things and sometimes I believe they know what I
be saying but I just can t quite get what there trying to say. The communication is
there but it isn t the best just yet! The concrete development happens a little too
often I didn t really realize it until now because I now know what it is;
understanding the concept of conservation. In the preschool room, during snack
time the kids call some of the teachers, student workers or I out because the feel as
if somebody have more cookies or chips than them though the pile looks equivalent
to them it s not at all. Even happens with their cups of milk or water, someone
always have more than the other according to the kids. Now as far as, the formal
operational stage I continue to develop everyday sometimes I may not know

The Labor Leader: A. Philip Randolph Asa Philip Randolph was a labor leader,
civil rights leader and social activist who fought for the rights of African American
laborers, including better wages and working conditions. A. Philip Randolph was
born April 15, 1889 in Crescent City, Florida. During World War I, Randolph tried
to unionize African American shipyard workers in Virginia, elevator operators in
New York City, and founded a political magazine designed to encourage African
American laborers to demand higher wages. In 1963, he was a principal organizer

In 1957, he organized a prayer pilgrimage to Washington, D.C. to draw attention to
civil rights issues in the South, and began organizing the first Youth March for
Integrated Schools. In 1963, Randolph was a principal organizer of the March on
Washington for Jobs and Freedom, during which he would speak to a crowd of
nearly 250,000 supporters. He shared the podium that day with Martin Luther King
