same topics so we need to give time for every topic
that we see.

only who is presenting their ideas.

 When you have in a business meeting usually you
see different areas and they can try to talk about an
specific area per hours so its necessary to develop a
list of all topics that are going to see during the
meeting and give time for every topic.


 The control is fact to develop successful meetings.
When you are developing a meeting sometimes the
people who is in the meeting can get a little bit
aggressive but if the boss or the guy in charge
control that moments, they can go faster and solve
more problems
