company between the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) and Aibel
International Company”; works as follows:-
Main Role: Supervising the quoting process from receiving customer request till
submitting technical and financial quotations, comprising reviewing and
validating customer’s requirements, distributing tender’s requirements to relevant
department/concerned team (technical team, finance, legal, execution, sourcing,
…etc.), coordinating between different departments in big deals, escalating and
analyzing associated risks/deviations and consolidating quotations in company
standard format.
Duties
1-Study & Tackle tenders from the phase of receiving client request.
2-Manage the preparation of the technical and commercial bids/proposals including
resources planning, cost estimating, as-sold budgeting, risk assessing, and
conducting contracts and sub-contracts negotiations
3-Preparing & reviewing the Technical & Commercial offers in coordination with
the Concerned Departments & Managing the coordination between Company
