Responsible for maintaining an approved Estimating System for the St. Louis Site.
Build Customer Relationship by regular coordination with DCAA/DCMA to ensure estimating
system related issues are addressed real time.

(Oct. 2008 – Sept. 2011)
The position was reorganized in Sept. 10 to allow for better focus and alignment between the
Estimating and PFA functions on the F/A-18 Program. Until the reorganization the position was
responsible for both Estimating and PFA functions. After the reorganization the position is only
responsible for the Estimating function.
Responsible for the Estimating & Pricing, Procurement Financial Analysis including Material
Cost Management functions on the F/A-18 Program. Manage employees and mid-level and first
level managers performing estimates, cost or price proposals, business case development and
risk, financial and competitive analyses, material budget baselines and material estimates at
completion (EACs). Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies and
procedures and guide the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
Acquire resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and
leads process improvements. Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with

Senior Business Manager - Project TEA (Special mergers and acquisitions project)
This project was to form a Joint Venture (JV) with Tata in India that would have helped support
the BDS India campaigns. Responsible for the development of the Business Plan including
Business Cases to form the JV and day one planning of the JV. Participation in the formation of
the following agreements: Memorandum of Agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, Supplier
Agreement. This position required working and coordinating with Tata in India, various
programs and functions across BDS and BCA. Also required to coordinate with and understand
areas such as Corporate Development, Various Corporate Functions, Industrial Participation,
Supplier Management, and International Business.
Project Overview: In Phase 1 Boeing would have potentially issue contracts for work packages
to the joint-venture company involving defense-related component manufacturing on Boeing's
F/A-18 Super Hornet for the U.S. Navy and Royal Australian Air Force, CH-47 Chinook and/or
P-8 Maritime Patrol Aircraft. A research and development center for advanced manufacturing
3. technologies is also included. Phase 2 would have added more complex Aerospace and Defense
work including work from BCA.
Estimating & Pricing / Supplier Management Financial Operations Senior Manager (SMFO,
now PFA) L Level, (Oct. 2003 - Aug. 2007)
Promoted to L Level in 2005.
Phantom Works Advanced Precision Engagement, Mobility and Logistic Support Systems (Adv
PEMS) & UCAS X-45 Program
Directly managed multi-site/multi-discipline team consisting of Estimators, Procurement Cost
Analysts and Material Cost Management personnel on J-UCAS X-45 Program since Sept. 2003.
Efforts have included multiple program re-plans and restructures. Estimating & SMFO played a
key role in determining program strategies. Also estimated various other configurations to
support campaign efforts and long range business plans. The J-UCAS Estimating/SMFO team
was responsible for estimating and pricing every cost element.
SMFO responsibilities also included Supplier Proposal Evaluations and Material Cost
Management. This team was heavily involved in risk and opportunity analysis. Material Cost
Management had responsibly for Cash Forecasting, Variance Analysis, EVM and EACs.
F/A-18 Estimating & Pricing Manager K Level, (Oct. 2001 through Sept. 2003)
Directly managed team of 12 to 15 estimators while working the F/A-18 Program. Participate on
several focus teams such as: ROM/Proposal Process Team, Employee Survey Satisfaction
Team, Finance Employee Development Team, and various focus teams with the United States
Navy and Marine Corps.
Contracts and Pricing Administrator 4, (June 2001 through Oct. 2001)
Lead Administrator responsible for development and maintenance of F/A-18E/F Recurring
Pricing Model. Perform duties associated with the preparation/definition of proposal
documentation of above average complexity for company products/services, including strategic
development of company opportunities and investments, proposal of the cost/profit proposal
packages, fact-finding & negotiations & administration of the resulting contract(s) & their
related changes. Act as primary liaison between company/customer. Formulate, participate and
coordinate proper identification & proposal of contract type, integrating of work statements,
delivery schedules, price/payment provisions, & contract terms & conditions into program
execution plans & work authorizations; lead fact-finding, negotiations & definition, including
aspects of the pricing; coordinate reviews, sign, & ensure transmittal of contract data
requirements, & contract deliverables; support internally & externally conducted audits &
litigation activities. Act as department or division customer focal for contracts & pricing
specialty topics.

Lead Analyst assigned to BAE Systems Team of T-45 & AV-8B. Also worked Moog F-15 CFE
and VSI JHMCS. Analyze supplier proposals by conducting supplier fact-finding activities;
prepare, document & coordinate evaluations, participate in negotiations.

Grade 4)
Lead estimator for F/A-18 Multiyear Contract, E/A-18 Development ROM, F/A-18 Thailand
Non Recurring, F/A-18 China Lake TDL contract, F/A-18 Follow-on test and evaluation
umbrella contract. Worked Chinook Business Cases in Philadelphia Jan. through March, 2000.
Develop & negotiate contractual proposals. Participate in the contracting process by refining
requirements, developing resource estimates, preparing proposal documentation, fact-finding &
negotiating the contract. Additional duties include initiating meetings to kick-off & status
efforts, developing & presenting formal briefings, creating/maintaining standard forms, cost
