JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Contractual execution according to conditions (Legal, Finance, Accounting,
Schedule)
· Monitoring and comparing The final quotations for all Variation with the
purchase order regarding the Cost & Quantity for all Projects
· Timely and Correct progress reporting / Invoicing Progress
· Handling contractually all addition and omission work for each project with
the Project and commercial Managers.
· Manages all material costs relating to Addition and omission work for the
projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures

· Carrying the risk assessment needed during the Variations evaluation and
during project execution phases
· Provide the monthly payment application with quantity surveyors team and
Supervision the material controller to follow and record the material track,
beginning of the Material Requisition (approved) until the installation work
or hand it over to Main Store.
· Negotiate and Finalize the Monthly payment application (Monthly Progress)
with client representative or consultant Engineer's including all addition of
works (Variations).
· Provide & updated the time schedule plan for all project activities and
comparing monthly with payment application before issue to the client.
· Responsible for claim management strategy during project execution,
through the contract, including required Variations evaluation.
· Collaborate with project execution team, procurement and commercial
