When it says DRAGON S TEETH it reminds me of a fairy tale. Usually in fairy tales
The story involves an upper class woman, generally a princess or similar high
ranking nobility, saved from a dragon, either a literal dragon or a similar danger,

outside is allowed in. Even though the husband keeps telling his wife that these
people were not allowed into the suburb except as reliable housemaids and
gardeners, so there was nothing to fear (Gordimer 12), the family keeps developing

Australia flourishes in an environment of a variety of cultures. We pertain to the
ideas of acceptance and understanding of individuals that have the intention to
become apart of team Australia. But what do we know Australia as? A community
of equal citizens Abbott declares (The Conversation, 2014). We can all assume that
we as individuals idealise a country of equity and equality in all aspects of life,
whether it be race, gender, beliefs or political views. In a world where we want
fairness and equality, we coin the concept of social and cultural cohesion, which can
be defined as the ties that hold people together (Humanrights.gov.au, 2017).
Moreover, social cohesion is regarded as a shared vision, and is a process rather than
an outcome (Scanlonfoundation.org.au, 2017). Jenson hypothesised a framework that
identifies the importances of social cohesion between individuals. He states that the
disruption of social cohesion effects dimensions of belonging, legitimacy, recognition,
participation and inclusion (Study.com, 2017). In contrast to this we come across an
unwanted prejudice and discrimination towards certain aspects of life. We define this
as cultural conflict, the conflict that occurs when different cultural values and beliefs
clash with opposing values and beliefs (LeBaron, 2003). In regards to Jenson s
framework of social cohesion, cultural conflict revolves around the five dimension.

The concept of sleep paralysis is not necessarily a concept, it is a reality. I have had
this occur to me numerous times for the better part of the past twenty years. What
makes this a concept is why and how it occurs. I do not believe it is not spoken of
enough, and I sincerely believe that more people would be interested in knowing what
exactly this condition is.
The conditon known as sleep paralysis is defined as the momentary inability to move
one s limbs, trunk and head despite being fully conscious. This can happen while
falling asleep (hypogogic sleep) or when waking up (hypnopompic sleep). In my

I did in fact fall back to sleep, and I didn t mention it to anyone, because for all I
knew, no one else had ever felt this.
While researching the topic of sleep paralysis I learned that it is not a new kind of
disorder, brought on by cell phones, smog, or global warming it has been around
for centuries. Sleep paralysis was once attributed to evil presences, and it was even

stressed or experiencing a disruption in normal sleep patterns (jet la attributed g,
caffeine, alcohol). I found on Stanford University s website that good sleep hygiene
may prevent sleep paralysis. These preventive measures include: getting enough
sleep, reduction of stress, exercise regularly (but not too close to bedtime), and also
keep a regular sleep schedule
