- Roy’s Encouragment at Class. Jeff Sexton’s encouragment in his writing classes. But look for opportunites to do it with people who you don’t have any motivator for encouraging them. For me, when people who encourged me who (friends, co workers, family) I didn’t really believe them, because they wouldn’t want to hurt my feeling.\n
