3. Early life:
Cordelia Fray grew up in Shoreditch, East London, in a household of 6
people in total. Her mother (Nelly Fray) was a vocal coach and her
father (Junior Fray) was a well known editor for VOGUE magazine,
both of her brothers (Jamal and Charles Fray) were both aspiring
professional players signed to Crystal Palace FC, which was situated
in South East London technically the boarders of Kent. Her sister
(Ama Fray) was her ultimate inspiration as she was a successful
dancer straight out of “The Brits School”. Ama was the eldest, next
was Charles, then Jamal and Cordelia was the youngest of the Fray
Family.
Cordelia Fray also attended the Brit School, however prior to that she
went to St Peters Primary School, then Harrison Secondary school
until year 10 as she was then legible to attend the “Brits”. It was
actually from that educational institution that informed Cordelia Fray
that “Britain’s Got Talent” was hosting auditions in which she came
second, but was still able to secure a record deal with Island Records.
Currently she is in the middle of constructing her new LP, in which
the name is soon to be announced. She is also pursuing commercial
modelling; just recently she had an interview for catalogue modelling
for “Asos”.
