• Coordinate and liaise with the camp for accommodation and transport for staffs,
manage and maintain employees records
• Liaise with the labor and immigration office for visa related tasks such as work
permits, transfer visa, labor cards, job contracts & other tasks.
• Grievance handling, exit interviews.
• Gratuity calculation, updating and provision for staff
• Attendance and payroll management.
• Prepare employee status listing.
• Maintain monthly report for driver’s status of
resignations and new joining by the nationality wise.

Relieving Letters.

• Taking HR initiatives like (Birthday celebrations, Get together etc.)
• Preparing HR-audit checklist and coordinating with HR assistant manager for
HR audit within the group.
