3. Genre
 The song would come under the rap genre however
it isn’t a typical rap song, it is of a slow pace.
 The lyrics to the song talk about a guy (Mr Rager)
going off travelling or on an adventure.
 However we are not going to do the typical chasing
music video but instead our own idea of his
adventure.

4. Conventions
 We will use different conventions in our music video. Different shot
types such as close ups and long shots so that we can match the
visuals and the music together.
 The iconography will be similar to the genre on the music. The typical
clothing for these videos are street wear which is what clothes we will
use for our video.
 The location will be on the streets out and about during both the day
and night.

5. Conventions Pt.2
 Music and Visuals – We want to cut different shots in
time with the music, and if part of the shot has a
much faster tempo, we will cut more shots in time.
 Close ups – We will have close ups of the main
performer throughout the video and of key parts to
the song.

7. Concept
 Our music video will be a mix of performance and story, we feel
this creates the right mix to all good music videos
 The concept its self will be the main actor and a group with
him, traveling on his adventure (as those are the lyrics) but his
friends don’t realise where he is going until its too late and he
ends up committing. (The lyrics in the song talks about his
adventure taking him to heaven)

8. Actors
 In out music video we will be having a couple of
actors, these include;
 Jack Murphy, James Sutton, Harvey Pollock, Dan
Riddick

9. Influences
 Justin Escalona – Youtuber who does daily vlog’s along with filming
his own music videos.
