Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

Mcbusted is mainly aimed at young girls due to the fact they used to be two bands ‘Mcfly’ and ‘Busted’ in the 2000’s.
Children who used to be there fans are now older teens and still enjoy their music. They mostly appeal to the females
due to the fact it’s a group full of young handsome males, I think they would also appeal to homosexual males as well as
females. I think race, ethnicity
Religion isn’t important.

The video features the band in a large room where they, along with their instruments and fans, keep reappearing and
disappearing. The song its self is called airguitarand the chorus of the songs is ‘Close my eyes and see the crowd
But my fingers don't make any sound my airguitar.’ When signing these guitars in the performers hands disappearand
they are then playing the ‘Air guitar’.
Tempo Mcbusted create all there backing music with their own instruments that you see on their video, drums and guitar. They
perform with these because it is a performance video and it shows the target audience what they would be watching if
they went to see them live, it gives us more of a personal effect as if they are performing to us.
2. Music VideoAnalysis
Genre The genre of this song is pop punk, It’s a pop song but because of their effect of the electric guitar and drums with the
rock starstyle video of them dancing about with their instruments makes it pop punk.
Camera Technique The footage that they have filmed shows that the band are fun and enjoy giving a performance not just this music video
but all the music videos they do has them having a laugh showing what they’d be like in concert. They use eye contact
with the camera as if they are looking at us when they are performing. By using an extreme long shot you can see them
all dancing as they are performing and have organised moves such as jumping together.

Editing The duration of the music video involves a lot of fast cutting with seconds in-between each clip of them performing.
There isn’t a lot of editing within the music video because they want it to look fun and like they just want us to see how
they perform on stage.
Use of Digital Effects Because it is a pop rock genre all the boys are dressed in dark colours such as black and red and don’t stand out as much
as they could do, with it being associated with ‘rock music’ this part is what makes this the noticeable that it’s a
pop/rock. Even the background of where there performing is dull, if it wasn’t for the spot lights being bright then the
video itself would be really dark and dull. Even the crowd in the background watching them is dressed in dark dull
colours.
