Responsible for managing Multi-Family Apartment Construction Projects.
Managed the pre-construction design, site development, thru the final punch out
process. Also, managed the two week near term schedule and the Overall Project
Schedule (OPS). Approved all product submittals and monitored the installation.
Monitored the Request for Information (RFI) process and organized the
Architectural Supplemental Information (ASI) process. In charge of the pre-design
meetings and red lining blue prints prior to construction. The overall project costs
ranged from 35,000,000 to 80,000,000. Managed the 3rd party consultants on a

qualified GC, ordered and warehoused all FF&E. Organized the RFI Log, the

I managed a $4,000,000.000 renovation project for Harrisburg Area Community
College at the Lebanon, Pennsylvania Campus. The renovation project added a
bookstore, student lounge, cafeteria, auditorium, lobby, lockers and the back office.
Performed tenant fit out for retail office space located in Harrisburg, Pa. I managed
sub contractors and as many as 15 employees on a daily basis. Also, managed
scope schedule and budget for all projects for several ownership groups.
