o Direct and oversee the New Secure Housing Program of the Puerto Rico Housing Department
(PRHD) develop under FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
o Manage financial activities for project construction including analyzing division budget,
construction and professional invoices, and construction order changes. Conduct audits of partial
and final acceptance requests for PRHD approval.
o Manage construction of 759 dwelling units distributed on 9 low-income housing projects under
local and federal funding.
o Oversee government outsourced contracts including professional and construction services
procurement.
o Facilitate project requirements by collaborating with utilities state agencies, PRASA and Puerto
Rico Electric Power Authority.
