including the negotiation and buyout of all lumber. Additionally served in
project management in several capacities on jobs located in several
locations. Initiated the bid process and certain contract negotiations for a
160-unit project in Santa Fe, New Mexico, including interaction with city
officials and governing entities.
Served as Construction Project Manager for land development on two
high-end single-family subdivisions in Cincinnati. In addition, served as
Project Manager for the rehab of a 384-unit apartment project, also in

Transferred to Colorado in January 1999, provided onsite project
