       business heads of all the major product lines in regards to business planning and forecasting, new
       product feasibilities, product enrichment, segment dimensioning, tariff planning & regular business
       updates/reviews. I provide both quantitative and qualitative recommendations with regards to the
       aforementioned.

       Budgeting: Responsible of updating and maintaining the marketing department budget
       Analyze capacity utilization across all stations countrywide, and assess profitability individually in order to
       drive focus on the relevant KPIs
       Business Review: Prepared and presented weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing reports to the
       COO and the Board of Directors
       Pricing: Forecasted the sales of each product for each tier group at the end of each month to estimate the
       gross margin; calculate the gross margin for different price increase scenarios and present the results to
       the marketing manager, operations director and general manager and COO
       Sales Forecast: Forecasted the sales and the profitability of new products based on the data about similar
       products launched in the past
       Supervise market intelligence function. Monitor industry statistics and produce competitor’s activity report
       including new strategies and market share/trends
       Prepare subscribers evolution forecasts to measure subscribers health within each major segment, along
       with major challenges and factors impacting the segments
       Personally deliver monthly business & segment review presentation to the senior management, highlight
       weaknesses and recommend action items in conjunction with the respective business heads of each
