3. ~MAKE A CONSCIOUS DECISION
IN POSITIVITY~
Know yourself! Understand that you are you! There is no one like you
and that is special! The decisions of yesterday can not be changed, but
the decisions today are not made yet. Decide to be positive and make
the right decisions for you!

4. Inside is what matters!
 Knowing your values and what matters to you! Stick by
your values and stand up for what you believe in.
Following the crowd may seem cool but if it feels wrong
to you it most likely is.

5. When you are feeling down or are in
Trouble?
 Talk to someone you
 Believe you are worth it!
trust.

6. You matter!
 Your feelings matter! Whatever you are feeling is
important, share it! Tell others if you are happy, sad or
angry. Talking fixes things or enhances them!

7. Love who you are inside and
out, you are an original!
Be comfortable with you are, you are the only you and each day is
another day to become who you are meant to be. Follow your dreams
and be a priority to yourself! You can make a difference to others but
first you need to make a difference within yourself!
