The Mother and Child Tracking System (MCTS) is an initiative by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare aimed at improving healthcare access and immunization services for pregnant women and children up to 5 years old through a web-based tracking system. It facilitates service delivery, encourages two-way communication between providers and beneficiaries, and captures extensive health data to ensure maternal and child health. The system also includes a call center to gather feedback, create health awareness, and support data validation for better health service delivery.
