THE TRAINING
Length of the program : 735 hours
Purpose: The students learn how to provide superior guest service in a
hotel or customer service establishment.
Competencies taught:
 Answer the Telephone using professional etiquette
 Take Reservations
 Solve Guest Complaints
 Give Tourist Information
 Register Guests and Complete Departures
 Balance the Cash and Make a Deposit
 Learn the Hotel Software (IQWare)
Evaluations are mostly simulations.

HYBRID ON-LINE PROGRAM
420 hours on-line + 210 hours in class + 105 hours internship
Create your own schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 11:30am 12:30pm – 3:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30pm – 8:30pm
Requirement: 15 hours per week (which includes 1 day in-class)
