to death six times by 28 year old, white police officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson, Missouri, a town
just outside of St. Louis, Missouri. Some say Officer Wilson was protecting his life, I call it police
brutality. The brutality has led to an uproar of all day protesting and looting, and cops and even
the National Guard are working double time to keep everything under control. There are many
things that led up to the shooting. At 11:54 am on August 9, 2014, Michael Brown and his friend
Dorian Johnson were recorded on a convenience store security camera leaving the store with a
$48.00 box of Swisher Sweet Cigars. At that time, a dispatch went out over police radio reporting

and I had a chance to witness on how they conduct their worship in the form of Mass. The Catholic
Church has many practices and rituals such as Last Rites, praying the Rosary, receiving
Communion, Confession, Baptism, and Mass according to the members of this church.
Nonetheless, the Mass is the most crucial ritual as they consider it as the Lord`s Supper. The
Mass is the Catholic`s official formal worship service and is considered to be the most sacred and
important worship act in a Catholic church. According to the Catholics, going to the mass is

This set the tone for conducting Bible readings and other prayers during the Mass. During the
inquiry, I was informed that each day of worship has its own prayers and readings that are unique

Upon the beginning of the Liturgy of the Eucharist which is the second section of the Mass, all the

when it comes to finding justice for committing a murder. These differences consist of an
examination of justice, structure of the court systems and the use of evidence for conviction.
The Italian Justice System is an inquisitorial system (Huziker, 2016). In an inquisitorial system, the
court is involved in the investigation (Huziker, 2016). The judge and the prosecutor work together
in investigating the case (Huziker, 2016). This is interesting because, the judge also decides
whether the accused is innocent or guilty (Huziker, 2016). Before the trial starts and due to the
inquisitorial system used, the judge has a preconceived notion as to which way they want to favor
(Huziker, 2016). The Italian court is set up with three judges and six lay assessors of facts (Krings,
2015). There is no oath taken for the defendant when they take the stand (Huziker, 2016). When it
