Operation and Maintenance of BP460, BP402,BP321, BP324 (Latest Machines from Rommelag
Germany Fully Servo Driven) BP321, BP360, BP305, BP3012 and BP321M Rommelag
To prepare calibration schedule of temperature and pressure monitoring devices for heat
sterilizer, super-heated water sprayer autoclave, Purified Steam Generator, Multicolumn
Distillation and Rommelag machines.
To provide sterile area monitoring program for all shifts (include air, floors, walls, equipment
surfaces and including critical surfaces.
To prepare and arrange all critical spare parts list for relating Rommelag autoclave labelling
machine,
To arrange disinfection procedure (Preparation, work, sequence, contact time)
To prepare Preventive Maintenance Plan annually monthly and daily.
Maximum capacity of utilization of machines.
To prepare all Documents and reports of Engineering Department.
