Job description
• Manage All the Mechanical facilities while ensuring the objective of availability , reliability
,efficiency , and cost control are achieved
• Manage and control all the mechanical maintenance direct and indirect costs as per the
approved budget in both OPEX, CAPEX and directly with my manger
• Prepare the yearly Mechanical Maintenance budget plan for all the facilities as per the
maintenance plan
• Manage the Maximo Maintenance program and authorizes as Plant manager on the Maximo
• Trace the KPI,s for all the facilities and adjust the required maintenance needs as per approved
budget
• Apply the maintenance tasks in compliance with company industrial management system (IMS)
and maintenance program standards using Maximo as CMMS software , and continue in
contribution in the technical field

2. • Execute trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of pumps (repair mechanical seal,
change damaged bearing, change labyrinth and check lubrication system of pump, , perform
root cause analysis for pump failure, check coupling alignment, check liquid leak, lubrication,
and seal
 Lead the maintenance team in complete major overhauling for (centrifugal compressors
manufactured by Atlas copco , Screw compressors (Mechanical Chillers )(Trane) and cryogenic
pumps( manufactured by sefco ), by preparing shutdown plan and providing estimate hours &
duration for each job to operation and the executing for each task maintenance team and
coordinating with 3rd
party service for performing vibration measurements , oil analysis , water
analysis
 Maintain regular preventive maintenance on the machine and plant facilities in compliance with
the company preventive maintenance program
 Diagnose the problem replace or repair parts ,test and make adjustment
 Well organized and attend a FAT for compressors and turbo Expander in FS Elliott / ACD
 Attend the Commissioning and start up for new industrial gas Plant as responsible for all the
mechanical issues and RFSR
 Participate and contribute with different sites inside Egypt and outside for TAR –Maintenance
by supervise and lead a group of maintenance team in the site as directly by the maintenance
manager and perform the required tasks scheduled in different majors as:

condition , casing , for any kind of wear and repair if necessary and replace the repair

plus vendor maintenance procedure and recommendations for work orders.

3.  Cover and implement the spare part issue according to our needs
 Contribute in the department paper work routine such as daily progress and
coordination meeting, daily reports, monthly reports, work orders and spare parts
material list of CMMS system (Maximo).
