• ask family and friends what they think
your strengths are

• in an ideal world what would you love
to do all the time? Or at least in your
spare time?
• what are they?
• Make the time to fit them into your
week!
6. Self-talk – what are you
saying?
• When you are at work what are you
saying in your mind? What about in a
relationship?
• Write down what you say to yourself
on a regular basis?
Don’t forget: what you hear over and
over you will start to BELIEVE!

house, particularly behind the toilet
