How can we develop mobile application useful in the clinical setting
Mobile Health for Health Professionals
Mobile Health for Health Professionals

With the shift of the scope of societal issues to the system level and long-term impact, the individual threatens to be lost from sight. Socio-technical systems are often hard to comprehend for people. Within that growing complexity it’s important to (permanently) shift back to the human experience, the significance for a culture or community and the personal or user experience. A countermovement is needed from global to local. What makes people happy? What moves them and what challenges them? And what degree of autonomy do they want to preserve or give up? With the growing (technological) possibilities, more and more often the questions arises of what we want to measure and know (‘quantified self’) and what we can do with all that data in varying domains such as e-health, education and museums.

IoT is a modest way to elevate our production and yield with the help of internet. We can supervise and control and communicate with the help of internet. Internet Of Things imagines a future physical and digital entities are to be linked by proper information and communication technologies which will sanction new class of applications and services. In the medical and health field, artificial intelligence can help reduce the cost of ongoing health operations, and can have an impact on the quality of medical care for patients everywhere. By diagnosing diseases earlier, AI can also improve patient outcomes. No matter how you look at it, artificial intelligence has great potential in healthcare.

Beyond product offerings, it also positions Medtech companies to help hospitals and health systems transition to the future of health through services. The term “digital twin” refers to the digital version of a physical device or process. By bridging the physical and the virtual worlds, data is transmitted seamlessly allowing the virtual entity to exist simultaneously with the physical device or process. Digital twins are emerging as virtual test beds for possible solutions before they implement physical devices. These computer-based models are fed individual and population data and mimic the electrical and physical properties of an object. Medical device companies are using this technology to simulate how their devices are being used in the clinical setting. In our view of the future of health, radically interoperable data is likely to play a huge role in transforming health care. Data from medical technologies such as wearables, remote monitors, and sensors will be standardized, stored, updated, and aggregated with other sources of information such as social media platforms, retailers, and electronic health records. The combined data will create a complete personal profile that physicians and health systems can use to help ensure that I deliver health services in an appropriate fashion.

Kidsize is a proof-of-concept developed by IBV. This presentation describes the two innovations underpinning Kidsize concept and presents the results of their validation. The first one is a mobile phone app to measure a child in 3D by taking two pictures. This new method is more accurate and consistent than an untrained person using a measuring tape at home or in the shop. The second one is an expert system that recommends the size that best fits the child and assesses the fit of the garment at different body areas. Project results show that it can provide nearly 90% right size recommendations, thus outperforming existing methods like age- or height-based size guides, which achieve 40 and 60% right recommendations respectively.

### Understanding Wealth: A Comprehensive Guide Wealth is a multifaceted concept that extends beyond mere financial assets. It encompasses a range of elements including money, investments, property, and other valuable resources. However, true wealth also includes non-material aspects such as health, relationships, and personal fulfillment. This guide delves into the various dimensions of wealth, exploring how it can be created, sustained, and enjoyed. #### Defining Wealth Traditionally, wealth is defined as the abundance of valuable resources or material possessions. It includes financial assets like cash, savings, stocks, bonds, and real estate. However, a broader understanding of wealth considers factors such as personal well-being, emotional health, social connections, and intellectual growth. This holistic view recognizes that true wealth is not solely about accumulating money but also about enhancing one's quality of life. #### The Importance of Financial Wealth Financial wealth remains a critical component of overall wealth. It provides security, freedom, and the ability to pursue opportunities. Key elements of financial wealth include: 1. **Savings**: Money set aside for future use. It is crucial for emergencies, large purchases, and financial goals. 2. **Investments**: Assets purchased with the expectation that they will generate income or appreciate over time. Common investments include stocks, bonds, mutual funds, real estate, and businesses. 3. **Income**: Regular earnings from work, investments, or other sources. Consistent income is essential for maintaining and growing wealth. 4. **Debt Management**: Effectively managing debt ensures that it does not erode financial wealth. This includes paying off high-interest debt and using credit wisely. #### Creating Wealth Creating wealth involves generating and accumulating financial and non-financial resources. The process can be broken down into several key strategies: 1. Education and Skill Development: Investing in education and skills enhances earning potential. Higher education, professional certifications, and continuous learning can lead to better job opportunities and higher salaries. 2. Entrepreneurship: Starting and running a successful business can be a significant source of wealth. Entrepreneurship requires innovation, risk-taking, and effective management. 3. Investing: Making smart investments is essential for wealth creation. This involves understanding different types of investments, assessing risks, and making informed decisions. Diversifying investments can reduce risk and increase potential returns. 4. Saving and Budgeting: Effective saving and budgeting help accumulate wealth over time. Setting financial goals, creating a budget, and sticking to it are foundational steps in wealth creation. 5. Real Estate: Investing in property can provide rental income and capital appreciation. Real estate is a tangible asset that can hedge against inflation
