This document provides instructions for completing various inventory management tasks on a mobile device including moves, recovery inspections, and cycle counts. It describes the basic steps for each task which involve scanning barcodes of items, bins, carts and locations and inputting quantities. Key activities covered are selecting the task from a menu, scanning starting and destination locations, scanning parts to be moved or counted, inputting amounts, and completing the task. The goal is to efficiently manage inventory and track movements using a mobile device.

• There are 5 inventory movements activities to select on the menu.
• There are 2 inventory activities to select on the menu.

3. • The steps for completing any of these moves are nearly identical.
• Let’s begin with Move.

• Tap Start.

6. • Displays Scan Current Cart or Bin Screen.
• Scan cart or bin to begin movement.

7. • Scan each part that needs to be moved.
• The system will prompt you to input the quantity.

8. • Take part to bin and scan the destination bin bar code
• If you need a cart to move the part, scan the destination cart bar code
• Put the part away and tap Done

9. • Displays Movement Complete screen when task is done.
• Tap OK to see if there are any more tasks listed.

10. • If there are no more tasks, tap OK to return to the Inventory Menu

• Tap a task to highlight it
