Process:

Receive electronic customer aircraft maintenance work pack
Import MPD Tasks
Tasks are checked with the database Access/Inspection and Maintenance times.
Tasks are sorted into aircraft sections.
Barcode Labels are printed for tasks and job card database records are created.
Master Documents are Bar-coded and held in Technical Services Department until the aircraft
arrives.
Master Documents are issued when the aircraft arrives.
Non-routine cards are created when required.
Material issues are requested, allocated, and issued against the database job card records.
Labour times are recorded against the database job card.

      The manual update of the customer order progress spread sheet used to take the progress
      chasers 3 to 4 days to complete. The progress chaser would interrogate the MRP database
      and re-key the data into the spread sheet.

      The above process received the xls spread sheet, updated the progress information by reading
      the ERP Oracle database, and email the updated xls spread sheet back to the customer in less
      than 10 minutes.

        This screen was developed to replace a six screen process. The
        process was driven from the entry of the Works Order Number
        and Despatch Qty. The background process updated the database
        and printed the Despatch Documentation.

     legacy system and enhanced to use an extended colour range and
     incorporate component images for the product tickets and move
     tickets. Images were dynamically scaled to prevent distortion.

      AEM is a server side service that monitors application
      folders and environments. Any change to files with
      named file extensions are emailed to the designated
      controller/developer.

      The changes are then investigated and remedial action
      taken.

      This application works well in an Agile/SCRUM
      development environment where there are frequent
      releases.

  scanned, validated, and the displayed image is compared to the card holder. Images are
  dynamically scaled to prevent distortion. HR control permanent staff and weekend warriors.
  This development took four days the driving force being President Obama’s arrival at
  London Stansted Airport for the G20 summit meeting. DFT and BAA approved.
