Jamaat-ud-Dawah chief Hafiz Saeed has blamed India for the floods in Jammu & Kashmir. He quoted it as “Water terrorism”.
Floods Have Made Bond Between J and K and Bharat Stronger, Article 370 Notwithstanding
Now it’s realised by all that a separate constitutional identity was no guarantee against nature’s fury.
When the state structure created under Article 370 collapsed, it was the Union of India comprising all 29 states and 7 Union territories which rose in unison to save its most splendorous geographical entity.
The existence or absence of Article 370 is meaningless and J&K and Bharat were never separated at birth, and shall never be. By cruel irony, the floods have only made the bond stronger.
Thank you
