Repetition involves juxtaposing words and images that say the same thing. Symbolism uses imagery as a metaphor for words or vice versa. Context creation situates words in space, time, or conceptually through imagery. Analysis reveals the underlying logic of words through imagery or vice versa. Irony juxtaposes words and images in a deliberately surprising, counterintuitive way.

SECTION A
(Data Modelling) (40 marks)
A local pharmacy store in Wollongong wants to develop an online system to track their product inventory as well as prescription records of their products for regulatory requirements. As part of systems development, a data model is required to determine data entities and associated attributes and business rules. You are required to develop a data model which will allow the information and activities to be recorded.
The most important data entity for the system is the ITEM entity - this entity represents all the products in the pharmacy. Item code, shelf, location and quantity are the attributes for ITEM entity. Every time an item is ordered, some of the order details such as order date, order quantity and special instructions to the patient for each item in every order are stored. Patient information includes an id, patient name, date of birth, contact number and next of kin details. Each patient may have multiple orders of several items. While most orders are from patients this is not always the case. An order can be created without necessarily being associated with a patient, e.g. order from a casual customer buying items.
An item can be of two types: medical or non-medical. Understandably more than 95% of items in the pharmacy are medical items. For non-medical items, promotion period is an additional attribute to store since the pharmacy only sells non-medical items during promotions. Medical items are further classified into three types: doctor-prescription items, over-the-counter prescription items, and no-prescription items. Prescription records are required to be stored in the system. One doctor can prescribe multiple doctor-prescription items and vice versa. We store the prescription date and special instructions by the doctor prescribing a particular item. It is also important to store the doctor's name, specialty and registration number from the Medical Board of Australia.
An over-the-counter prescription item must be given by one of.

can be challenging, as it takes a
large amount of a nurse’s time.
According to Lorraine Leake,
Director of the Transfer Center
and Communications at Valley

“takes away time from the patient,
so anything we can do to
help the nurse, so they are doing

Step 2: Setup Schedule Roles
Roles are used to specify the different types of resources that are needed to cover each on-call shift. By
creating roles and assigning them to resources, you control which resources can be assigned to each type
of on-call shift. Some examples of roles are “On Call Tech,” “Attending Physician,” and “Emergency
Cardiologist.”
To add a role, type a role name and then click the Add button.
Step 3: Setup Field Information
Fields are the places where information is stored about an on-call resource. Each field can hold one piece
of information about a resource.
The “Setup Field Information” page shows the fields that come with the miOnCall application. The fields
are listed in a table on the left side of the page. You can edit or delete the fields provided or add new
fields of your own.

Step 5: Setup Your Schedules
The “Setup Your Schedules” page is where you can begin creating on-call schedules.
Shift definitions are used to set up a schedule of shifts that are ready to be assigned to resources. Shift
definitions are useful for establishing what coverage is needed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Each
shift can contain multiple roles, and each role can be assigned to a different contact person for each
occurrence of the shift.
To add a shift definition, enter the shift information on the right side of the page.
When you have finished setting up all of the schedules that you have purchased, the Home page is
displayed. This completes the startup process.
