Purpose of Meeting:

● General location discussion
Group members present:

Absent Members:

Issues Raised:
● How we will get from our starting place, to our locations. We have been looking on
how to travel to our destination to film and where we will all meet up.
● Designated meeting point - Stratford Station - if convenient/ necessary. From here, we
will all travel together to Waterloo.
● We will start the budget this week, and work out our finances for the production of
the music video. We will use a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to calculate all our costs
and make sure we do not go over our budget. Alex Pereira will be in charge of the
majority of the budget. Once we find out what we will buy for the production, e.g.
props and costumes, we will then proceed to buy the products.
● This week we may also start on our script, with all group members having input,
however, Lauren Rosenfeld,Millie West and Alex Pereira will contribute the majority
of it.
● Alex Dwyer will begin on the storyboard.
Side Notes:
● Treatment almost finished, however budget still to be completed
● We will use different modes of transport such as bus’’, trains and walking to get to
our designated area. To get to local locations, such as around barkingside, we will use
bus’, however, to get to more rural locations, such as Waterloo in London, we will use
the trains.
● Using the props and materials list we created, we will record how much each item
costs and type it into our spreadsheet. This will then give us a total sum of how much
everything should cost.
