This document provides tips for delivering content to Millennial students. It begins by defining Millennials and examining their characteristics and behaviors. Millennials prefer experiential and collaborative learning, and want to be actively engaged. The presentation then provides five tips for instructors: 1) clearly define the course and expectations, 2) provide students with choices, 3) integrate various resources for collaboration, 4) provide online learning opportunities, and 5) build on students' unique strengths. Empathy and building relationships with students, even at a distance, is also emphasized.
