The students were given cow and goat milk samples to compare through sight, smell, and taste tests. They found that goat milk had a stronger taste and more sour smell than cow milk, which was sweeter. The students then conducted an experiment where they added acetic acid to milk samples using a pipette, causing the milk bacteria to develop and curdle the milk.

• We have watched with
naked eye the
characteristics of the two
milks (sight, smell, taste)

4. CONCLUSIONS
• On the whole our conclusions are: Both milks are
white, however the goat milk taste is stronger than
the cow milk. Cow milk is more sweet. We have
seen that goat milk smell is more sour, but it is soft,
in comparation the other.

First of all we have poached good milk.

• Then the teacher have delivered us the

7. LABORATORY
• Then we have putted 100ml of vinegar with
milk using a pipette. Because of this the milk
bacteria have done quickly their development
and the milk have transformed up of date.
