Advantages of This Course: The ability to work in groups, individually, and as a class Learn how to access and utilize a variety of computer and Web-based educational technology tools and resources Learn how to plan technology enhanced learning activities/lessons based on the technology standards  (ISTE/NETS) Addresses various  learning styles Builds  confidence  in using technology Informs you of the  new generation  of students we will encounter in our future teaching and how to  embrace  and  enhance  their skills and interests
What should change? The work load is sometimes overwhelming Readings are sometimes extensive Readings should be posted in advance to ensure understanding and  active participation  in meetings Feedback  should be given frequently to ensure that assignments, posts, projects, etc. are completed properly Grades should be posted to provide an understanding of one’s growth and progression
