The Crestron Remote Control app is perfect except you have to be at
the desktop - it doesn't work when RDP'd or using the ICA client.
Issue with how the ports are routed. Contact Jimmy for more info
Generally interested in all kind and size of Teams Room Systems.
Especially the next gen announced for second half of 2020.
Many new cameras now certified for all room sizes. More to follow.
How to secure and admin MTRs? Can it use the same process and
programs used in computer system deployments of laptops?
The MTRs are secure out of the box.
Any ETA on Direct guest join to Zoom and Webex?
Estimated around September timeframe.
Any time estimate when Surface Hub and Surface Hub 2 devices will
support Modern Authentication?

Any plans to allow for text to be added to the screens from the
settings menu?
None that we know of. Add the suggestion to UserVoice
I would also like to request some better, high resolution, images for
the backgrounds.
It is currently only 1080p today for the wallpaper.
New layout? 7x7 ?
Possibly planned for a future release.
My biggest pain point is when the MTR console shows on the Front of
room TV and the Front of Gallery view shows on the Logitech
TAP. Once that happens I cannot seem to get it to revert.
Head into the Windows desktop and change the Displays around. CoR
is Screen 1
Would love to hear more on how people manage room systems in
general.

• What new checks are in place to resolve application
development issues, we seem to discover issues in
each release.
There are plans to have Rings so you can just update
certain devices via Intune. Nothing available today.
You could disable the Windows Store Updates and
have a test unit.
