17. Summary and Thoughts?
• Lots of functionality added, eg Chat, Notes (lockscreen), Files, better together, Organisation
• Not sure how prescriptive MS is in the UI layout
• Needs more user side screen layout and customization capability. Eg, don’t show notes, files or
chat. Perhaps user controlled profile layouts (calendar and video only)
• Current Build that I have has a rotation bug. Cannot get Calendar on Homescreen in portrait.
• PSTN calling is a breeze, speaker performance is great with at least a 5m/15ft Mic pickup
• 3x3 Video layout supported.
• Contact management needs improvement, eg I can search Teams contact but cannot pin them in
favorites
• Camera needs further firmware tweaks to improve video
• Was on a NDA one hour roadmap session with Yealink. No mention of their Teams Personal
Device
• IMHO opinion needs a lot more workflow optimization
• Better together: unlock from PC unlocks TSV, join from TSV then join from PC muted

If you setup coordinated join, will it then be setup for good, or will you
be able to have 10 meeting rooms with MTR and a few Surface Hub that
you can add to the meeting in case you need to be more interactive.
Any chance of recording the sessions so we can view them later, not just
the slides? Would make it easier for those of us in other timezones.

What equipment are you giving your C-Level Suite staff for WFH
Equipment? Are collab bars over kill? Audio/Video quality key for
Company wide presentations.

Is anybody having issues on the Crestron Flex units going offline after
an update?
When can we expect alerting in the Teams Admin Center?
Why should I pay Microsoft for Teams Room Premium, I already have
an admin using Teams Admin Center, is Microsoft really doing
something special?
