Definitions:
• Grant: Any donated offer Microsoft provides to
nonprofits (no cost to nonprofits)
• Assigned Licenses: when an organization assigns a
license to a specific user, these licenses are considered
assigned.
• Utilization: 85% of assigned license users need to be
using at least one Microsoft 365 cloud service within the
past 90 days. These cloud services include Exchange
Online, Yammer, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 Apps.
This does not include installed or on-premises solutions.
