Re: Letter of Reference for Michael Bendig
Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing this letter to acknowledge Michael Bendig’s duties and responsibilities in his
full-time position with eMassive, Inc. Michael was a senior customer service
representative with eMassive and dealt with customers and vendors extensively via phone
and email. He was required to consult with customers and used his creative abilities help
them make good buy decisions. He also regularly handled difficult situations with
unhappy customers and was quite good at calming down agitated customers and reaching
amicable resolutions to problems.
Michael is very professional on the job, he performs his tasks in a timely manner, treats
all customers with respect, and generally exceeds the expectations we have for each
project he is assigned. He represented his skills correctly in the interview process, and as
a result both he and the company were well prepared to begin work on day one. Michael
was laid off due to the current slow economic conditions. We would hire him again if
market conditions were to improve and he was available for work.
