I hope that you do not mind me contacting you directly. My husband and I run a
proprietorial School of 120 pupils in Darley Abbey, Derby. Several months ago I started
researching companies with a view to installing a MUGA surface in our grounds. We were
put in contact with James Jeyes. The purpose of my email is to offer some feedback on our
experience with James on this project.
From the outset James understood the enormity of this project for us as a small, family run,
independent school. Without funding for the project we had worked hard to budget for the
installation and were very concerned to find the right solution. James was thorough, patient
and informative in our early discussions. He always delivered on his promises and we felt
part of the process throughout the project. I must also say that the collaboration with
Bingham Ground services was excellent and I could not have hoped for a more successful
delivery of our MUGA. As Bursar I interact with many sales people and James has stood out
as professional, reliable and personable at all times.
No doubt you receive contact from customers when things go wrong, - I certainly do from
our parents! However I also appreciate the positive feedback we receive and wanted to let
you know how impressed with have been with the service that we have received.
