Dear Hiring Manager:

Initially we hired Matt for a warehouse position, but quickly realized we had a true asset on our hands. Matt was
quick to demonstrate his can‐do attitude, going above and beyond when extra help was needed. We quickly
moved Matt to our inside sales position where he has flourished for the last few years. During the two years
Matt worked for me, he consistently demonstrated his competence as a customer service and sales associate,
building relationships with customers and employees alike.

Matt is reliable, dedicated and eternally upbeat. Matt multitasks effectively and is able to handle a high‐volume
workload. Many times I have called upon him to take on another task or responsibility and he would always pull
through, exceeding my expectations.

Of particular value to me was Matt's “how can I help this company” mind‐set, enthusiastic embrace of change,
ability to work with minimal supervision and unwavering commitment to exceeding customer expectations. I
regularly received unsolicited praise from customers commending Matt's outstanding level of service,
professionalism and follow‐through.

Organized and diligent, Matt quickly learned technology systems and software that were unfamiliar to him when
he first started with Midwest Stair Parts, and he also implemented many changes in our sales and logistics
departments. Saving the company money on shipping while finding additional sales through our ecommerce
platform.

Matt is a hardworking, top‐performing employee. He has my highest recommendation, and I am happy to
furnish more details if you would like additional information.

Sincerely,
Ryan Tris
