James Neuman is the Material and Logistics Manager at Enviro Safety Technologies who performs various roles beyond his title. He is always available to assist with projects, inventory, and service work in the field. To whom it may concern.
I have known James Neuman since December of 2013, shortly after I started working for (EST)
Enviro Safety Technologies. I am the Business Development / Field Sales person for EST and
my main point of contact with the company, is through James Neuman.
Mr. Neuman is always available when I call, no matter how busy he is. Whether he is up front
checking on a project status, in the middle of inventorying one of our numerous service trucks
and vans, or in our warehouse, he always makes himself available. James possesses the greatest
attitude. I know this because when I am in the office I have witnessed the many hats he wears in
our organization. His title is Material and Logistics Manager, but he performs more than
procuring parts and inventory control. Mr. Neuman has even been called to perform service
work in the field. James does have the “can do” attitude. He performs outstanding customer
support for both the service technicians and the numerous customers across the United States,
and the world.
James will sometimes be the only person in the building as our service technicians, engineers and
salesman will be in the field. I have never known him to turn down an assignment. I have seen
him prioritize jobs and fulfill tasks in the best timely manner for the company.
I would recommend James Neuman to any organization that desires a quality, organized and
