The disadvantage of using YouTube can be due to internet problems, the video has been taking off or the video is too old to analyze. We also use it for evaluation our final music video. YouTube sometimes have maintenances which can close the video or the entire site. People can comment silly feedbacks. Some videos are restricted. YouTube doesn’t except duplicates and copy right issues. Difficult to search for the right video. - YouTube was used for research and evaluation .

The disadvantage of using MySpace can be streaming issues and Internet issues It doesn’t take videos or moving images from the internet. It can’t upload to blogger (only through slide share that its then converted to blogger. - power point was used for presenting our research and planning.

12. Slide share The advantage of using slide share means that you can upload any work that is on power point. While the disadvantage of loading takes a long time. The advantage and disadvantage of using slide share. Being able to upload our research and planning for our genre, this can then be uploaded to blogger. The disadvantage can be the uploading errors and time. -slide share was used for our research planning and evaluation.

13. Safari The advantage of using safari is the accesses to the internet. While the disadvantage of using safari is that the loading time takes a long time. The advantage and disadvantage of using safari. Safari is used to research, plan and evaluate on the internet. However some websites are harder to find and can sometimes crash.

14. I stop motion The advantage of I stop motion was for planning our animatic. The advantage of using I stop motion I stop motion creates a different type of media and can show our ideas in a motion form.

16. I movie The advantage of using I movie was for planning our animatic. The advantage of using I movie is for quick editing or for simple short movies. I movie is simple to use and can be layered over each shot You can add special effects and download sound from the internet.

17. I movie The disadvantage of using I movie for planning and evaluation The disadvantage of using I movie is the sharing time which takes to long. I movie can crash out a lot of times. The quality isn’t professional compared to final cut. Sharing it (quick time) takes a long time. - we used I movie for the animatic, audience feedback and evaluation.

18. Final cut express The advantage of using final cut express for construction. The advantage of using final cut express is the professional outcome. Final cut has a lot of transitions and special effects. You can get a professional look. Working with layers which is easier to lip sync

19. Final cut express The disadvantage of final cut express The disadvantage of using final cut express is the freezing and crashing elements. Final cut needs to be rendered or be saved into the media files or the project will be restarted. The soft ware crash quite often. Uploading/capture the clip. - final cut was used for editing our music video

20. Photoshop The advantages of using Photoshop The advantages of using Photoshop are the effects, layers, and tutorials. Photo shop can make the image look more professional. It can improve the quality of dull images (hue, saturations and brightness) It can cover any unwanted details. Merge and mask pictures and Can create text or textures. Photoshop can be used for advertising digi packs. You can find tutorials on the internet.

21. Photoshop. The disadvantage of final cut express The disadvantage of using final cut express It takes time to learn each tool and techniques to get a quality picture. If you want to place your desired picture on the internet the file would have to change to jpeg (this is a flatten image where all your layers become one) making it hard to edit again Photoshop can’t do vectors and can be time consuming. - we used Photoshop for our ancillary products.
