1. Increase brand awareness
by competing with similar
companies around the world
as well as the US and
European Markets
A. Organizing
 Bring the company overseas in order to compete with other companies
 Be aware of other companies in the U.S as well as Europe who are
making the same or similar products
 Research similar companies and understand their strategies
 Conduct strategies which allow positive competition with other
companies
 Consider strategic alliance with companies in Europe to help increase the
competition with other companies
 Establish the sales and marketing departments in the countries of target
 Establish relationships with banks in the new target areas
 Establish a good advertising plan and hire a PR that knows international
markets versus just US markets
B. Leading
 Proper Communication with employees to help expand the company to
these markets and introduce them to the new environments
 Develop a commission systemto help ensure the best performance
among employees and allow for the best outcome of the competition
 Appoint leaders for certain areas of focus
 Do not allow other important projects to put on the back burner
C. Control
 Establish goals to be met in the first 6 months and first year
 Follow up on goals with monthly review periods
 Establish checkup periods for reviews on performance to ensure the
Commission plan is followed properly
 Check in with appointed leaders and tweak the plan according
 Give more control to appointed leaders to ensure that changes needed
to happen can happen quickly

mobile applications (apps) for its existing hardware products

products and create new ones
 Incorporate an open environment to inspire developer creativity

 Create an environment where employees across divisions feel
empowered to give input to development direction as well as
organizational direction
 Promote employees who think outside of the box and are looking for

 Provide proper resources and talented personnel to assist with success
of new division
 Incorporate monthly team meetings to ensure all divisions are working
together to keep products current and speed up release of new products
 Create a software security team to ensure programs and apps are safe
and secure
 Continually measure program and app performance against the
competition and our own products (benchmarking)
 Ensure great customer relationships by making products user friendly

 Explain the value of collaborating and helping with new technology in
other countries to the current team members

 Encourage current team members to voice their ideas or concerns with
the new project, and explain to them the importance of them getting
involved with the project’s outcome
 Create incentive program for employees to submit innovative ideas with
prizes for participation

 Host a meeting discussing the pros and cons of the new project
 Address team members’ concerns through possible action plans
 Set yearly goals and follow through with plans to execute them
 Compare actual performance with goals that were set

any variance from our goals was not market-wide or economy related
