Memory is vital for human life and development. It allows us to learn from experiences, develop skills, and function in daily life. The document discusses the importance and types of memory, how memories are stored in the brain, and techniques for improving memory like concentration, association, rehearsal, acronyms, and maintaining brain health. Poor memory can be caused by diseases, lifestyle factors, or nutritional deficiencies, and while no medicines directly improve memory, a healthy lifestyle and diet are recommended to support memory function.

Public schools are usually run by the government, which means they receive funding from the state as well as tuition fees paid by students' parents. They are typically free or low-cost, which makes them accessible to everyone. Public schools tend to be more ethnically diverse than private schools, but they can also be very crowded and noisy due to a large number of students per classroom.

Medical Technology Tackles New Health Care Demand - Research Report - March 2...pchutichetpong
M Capital Group (“MCG”) predicts that with, against, despite, and even without the global pandemic, the medical technology (MedTech) industry shows signs of continuous healthy growth, driven by smaller, faster, and cheaper devices, growing demand for home-based applications, technological innovation, strategic acquisitions, investments, and SPAC listings. MCG predicts that this should reflects itself in annual growth of over 6%, well beyond 2028.
According to Chris Mouchabhani, Managing Partner at M Capital Group, “Despite all economic scenarios that one may consider, beyond overall economic shocks, medical technology should remain one of the most promising and robust sectors over the short to medium term and well beyond 2028.”
There is a movement towards home-based care for the elderly, next generation scanning and MRI devices, wearable technology, artificial intelligence incorporation, and online connectivity. Experts also see a focus on predictive, preventive, personalized, participatory, and precision medicine, with rising levels of integration of home care and technological innovation.
The average cost of treatment has been rising across the board, creating additional financial burdens to governments, healthcare providers and insurance companies. According to MCG, cost-per-inpatient-stay in the United States alone rose on average annually by over 13% between 2014 to 2021, leading MedTech to focus research efforts on optimized medical equipment at lower price points, whilst emphasizing portability and ease of use. Namely, 46% of the 1,008 medical technology companies in the 2021 MedTech Innovator (“MTI”) database are focusing on prevention, wellness, detection, or diagnosis, signaling a clear push for preventive care to also tackle costs.
In addition, there has also been a lasting impact on consumer and medical demand for home care, supported by the pandemic. Lockdowns, closure of care facilities, and healthcare systems subjected to capacity pressure, accelerated demand away from traditional inpatient care. Now, outpatient care solutions are driving industry production, with nearly 70% of recent diagnostics start-up companies producing products in areas such as ambulatory clinics, at-home care, and self-administered diagnostics.

2. Memory is a wonder. It is very vital to
support life. It is astonishing a new born
baby recognizes mother. From there
memory stores lakhs, crores of incidents,
experiences, stream of info help to develop
our personality. We depend on memory
through out our life. Right from brushing
in the morning, recognizing persons, items,
places we come across in our daily life
memory play crucial role hence we love it
so much.
3. We are dreaded with the word forgot. For
students it is a nightmare. How to catch
hold of it, protect it and improve upon it?
We must know what affect and protect
memory is important to know. We may
travel in auto talk to driver forget it with
in minutes. We may be walking alone
encounter closely with a snake on a rainy
evening will create a impact on memory
and remember life long. Why is it so?
some we forget and some we don’t?
4. Memory is very clever forget unimportant
things very quickly remember useful things
for long. Memory store the info with
lightening speed erases unimportant info
with same speed. This is constant activity.
When we travel we see many things but
remember only very vital things. There are
important steps about memory. Viz.
1. register, 2. concentrate, 3. store
5. •Register is 1st
step the info not registered
will not be in memory.
•Concentrate is vital to register in memory
more so while reading, learning etc
•Registered info is stored retrieved in need.
Some are easy to recall some need effort.
Memory is broadly 2 types Temporary
(Working Memory) Long term (By
Rehearsals) Memory remember info for 3-
5 secs only. Eg. Hoardings. If you see an
appealing one may be for 30-40 secs.
6. Many types of memories viz. explicit,
implicit. Explicit are again 2 types Episodic
- personal things like native place,
education, experiences, issues, things,
people Semantic - generalized issues like
GK. Learnt from out side.
Implicit also known as procedural memory
about our skills. They are for life long –
driving, cycling, swimming, computer,
abacus are used when needed.
7. Where Memories are stored? Some parts
are vital. Temporary memories stored in
frontal lobe. If recall frequently stored in
temporal lobe as long term memories
specifically in Hippocampus. If temporary
memory is not converted to long term
they can not be remembered. If converted
can not be forgotten easily. Hence they
are crucial areas for memory any damage
to these areas may result in memory loss
of this long term memories.
8. When we learn we have to concentrate to
register, recall in need as long term
memory. Hence concentration while
learning subject/ arts, studying, working,
researching is highly essential. That is the
key for good memory.
Base for memory is registration, then
retention & retrieval when in need. If
registration is not proper memory is not
strong. Insomnia, exhaustion, worry
prevents concentration and registration.
9. How to improve memory? By heart is not good
always but at times inevitable like learning tables.
Let us see other methods
Acronyms: Remembering info in short forms. Eg.
VIBGYOR
Acrostics: To remember long info select vital words
and make sentence.
Rhymes: Remember info as rhymes or songs
Losai: Remember the order of info while lecturing
Chunking: To remember phone no link it to place,
person, incidence
Rehearsal: Memorizing the info frequently.
Association: Link it to a particular experience,
incidence
10. Why our memory is reduced: many like Diseases like
Alzheimer's
•Nutritional deficiencies
•Hormonal imbalance
•Alcohol, smoking
•Sleeplessness
•Exhaustion
•Anxiety
•Secluded life
•Depression
•Loss of near & dear
•Certain drugs
•Accidents
They can be corrected through proper treatments.
11. Any medicines to improve memory?
Honestly no. but mostly emotions, lack of
concentration, worry, depression affect
memory. Some medicines may support
temporarily. For memory boost concen-
tration is very vital than medicines.
Dhyaanaa, meditation reduces stress
make us calm improve concentration and
memory. For Alzheimer's medicines may
support to some extent only.
12. Memory loss due to nutritional deficiencies
can be corrected with walnuts, almonds,
flax seeds, millets, green vegetables, fresh
fruits, dry fruits like anjeer, khajoor, kish-
miss help a lot.
Ayurvedic foods with medicinal values like
